1. (of meat) having the strong flavor or smell of game, especially when it is slightly tainted.

We are here to show you that 'gamy' isn't something that occurs to those that take the time to butcher their harvest properly.  When wild game is harvested correctly it can become just as decadent [if not exceedingly decadent] as a high-scale restaurant.
